Suggested serving
The manufacturers of both Gold Royal Honey VIP and Etumax Royal Honey suggest one sachet, with or without water. Do not exceed one sachet in any 24-hour period. Tear the top, squeeze the contents directly into your mouth, and follow with water if you prefer.
When people take it
- For daytime energy: in the morning or early afternoon with food.
- Before activity or a social occasion: around 45 to 60 minutes ahead, as responses are not instant.
There is no official “best time”. It is a food supplement, so fit it around your day. Avoid taking it late at night if herbal ingredients like ginseng tend to keep you awake.
How often
A box of 12 sachets is designed to last well beyond a week, and most people use it a few times a week rather than daily. Taking more than one sachet a day does not make it work better and is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Storage
- Keep sachets in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Do not leave the box in a hot car or by a window, because heat degrades honey and royal jelly.
- Keep the sachet sealed until you use it, and check the printed expiry date.
